Our fitness studio has a look and feel unlike any health club you have been to before. You may find yourself just wanting a moment to gaze outside the studio window at the ever-changing, but glorious Bay view. It is the most spectacular studio in the East Bay and seeing is believing. The fitness program at OHTC offers multiple classes that will help you to achieve YOUR goals. Our classes include well-known classes like Yoga, Pilates, and Aqua as well as new contemporary workouts like Piloxing and TRX. All our instructors hold nationally recognized certifications and will be happy to take you on an adventure that is called group fitness exercise. Attending a group fitness class gets you up off the couch and out of the same four walls of your home to meet people in your community. You are likely to have more fun exercising in a group than working out in your own. Fitness classes are a wonderful place to meet people who have similar lifestyle goals and needs. Make friends, have adult conversations and discover solutions to problems as you talk with other participants before and after class. So throw on some sweats, grab a bottle of water and your car keys and head on to OHTC! We can't wait to see YOU! Group Exercise Schedule: MAY
