Dear Members,

A lot of things are about to happen in February!

Once again, if you are looking for a special idea to celebrate Saint Valentine's Day this February, on Saturday, February 11th from 12:30 to 2 PM, OHTC will be hosting a Fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Workshop with Kaitlin Mcsweeney, our Tuesday and Thursday yoga instructor. If you decide to join, you will learn the basics of this dynamic and popular style of yoga. We will go over alignment of fundamental postures, common misalignment challenges, potentially useful modifications, and ways to help you receive full benefit from your yoga practice. We'll also be covering some deepening adjustments that might especially be useful for couples. You're encouraged to bring a friend or partner, but individuals are just as welcome! Pose packet with basic outline included. Take the time to connect with your dear friend or loved one. This class will be fun and accessible. ALL levels are welcome! Don't miss this very special experience priced for just $15.00 per individual for members and $30.00 for non-members. Please, sign up at the front desk or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Also, with Valentines Day coming up why not include a partner in your exercise routine? In February only our personal training team will be offering a special package designed for couples particularly. We will share a few fun and effective exercises you can perform with a friend or loved one. From medicine balls to yoga moves, you will spice up your next workout by incorporating these new fun and interactive exercises. You will stretch and strengthen together, and just maybe strengthen your love for each other in the process. You'll reach your fitness goals, without sacrificing that one-on-one time that every partnership needs. Better for your partnership than couple's therapy, and a lot more FUN! You will have the following options: 1 single 60-minute session $80, 5 60-minute sessions $375, and 10 60-minute sessions $700.
